can't help myself I have bulk bags spinach and I don't have any kale right now
because I recently made kale chips and ate all the kale so that's going but I
almost always have kale in the fridge these are Brussels sprouts which are
relatively low carb and honestly just delicious so these are really good staple
to add to your more fatty and like mild protein filled dinner definitely a good
option and then we have giant heads of cauliflower that we use for cauliflower
fried rice or just like grilled cauliflower it's delicious and then other than
that I would use asparagus as well not very often compared to the others but then
I would also use a zucchini which we're out of right now as well because we eat
a lot of zucchini just to do like grilled veggies on the side of whatever your
main meal is okay so other than that we have vegenaise this is an amazing brand
it's by earth island and it's just the original
TruBodx Keto Reviews vegenaise I think you can get this in flavors as well there might be a garlic one I'm not totally sure but this is like a source of omega-3s which again is great if you are vegan and keto and it has no carbs whatsoever it's pretty much just pure fat which I know sounds not great but trust me when I say it makes your body and your brain feel really really good so what highly highly highly recommend this and this is like a leader of vegan is that this will last quite adding in a collagen supplement it just kind of helps with that so lastly two basic things I just wanted run past you two basic health guys get that your large intestines can hold like 5 pounds of poop or something like that I think I might even be up to 10 pounds I don't know google it it's something crazy keep your digestive system right you guys that's where a lot of bloat and stuff comes from is from eating yourself anyway it's it's slow especially the closer you are to your goal weight the
